🎇THE FREQUENCIES OF DIFFERENT EMOTIONS🎇
I think many of us know by now and many more are not far behind in learning that every single one of us is a vibrating being. We are always vibrating at a very subtle hertz frequency rate. Each individual has what is referred to as a base metabolic rate when at rest, and everyone’s is slightly different when the body is in homeostasis, but when we are met with stressors and events start happening in our lives, the corresponding emotions become engaged at various degrees, depending on the stressor so our vibrational rate changes rapidly and often dramatically.
We spend our entire lifetimes experiences and collecting both positive and negative emotions along the way. It is mainly the negative emotions that become stored in our bodies in various places such as in the facia and muscles. These stored negative emotions can and do also affect our bodily systems and areas such as the amygdala, frontal lobes, and emotional brain and more. If these volatile situations or environment continue, we become stuck in a negative feedback loop. This keeps us in a negative mindset where our first instinct is to have a negative reaction even when a positive or neutral one would have been better suited.
If you look at the frequencies of the lower level emotions, from ANGER, on down, there is an enormous difference between those and the higher more positive ones. The lower the frequency, the lower the vibration. The higher the frequency, the higher the vibration.
Once a person is stuck in this negative down spiral, they draw more negativity into their lives and soon anything or anyone around them gets sucked into their “vortex of negativity”, as I call it. It’s the equivalent of always having to look at life through muddled lenses that only allow you to see things from the negative perspective, which includes the worst case scenario, even when statistically speaking, the odds of that “thing or event” ever happening are extremely low. “Catastrophizing” is what it’s called and the “Eyeores” of the world do it all the time. Always the worst case scenario. Think about the negative energy these people wallow in…and want you to wallow in. Misery loves company. That vibe is contagious if we are not careful to identify and protect ourselves from it.
I would like to note that ANGER is a secondary emotion which is fed by the emotions below it. It is 150 on the scale, so energetically speaking, it still high enough to cause much physical motivation and volatility not just within the body but outwardly as well. The emotions below anger are much more passive ones. Many studies have now confirmed that the emotion of anger (can be the collection and sum effect of multiple other underlying emotions) is a main component in not just auto-immune disease (anger =’s inflammation within the body), but other pre-autoimmune disease such as, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome and more. Not just your garden variety anger but a special and most insidious kind of self directed anger that was created and cultivated by someone or something else in their immediate, environment giving them the message that their they are deficient, not worthy, or a bad person, etc. Being stuck in a chronically negative, oppressive or threatening environment will also cause this as well.
